Poetry: “As you grow older”

Amidst the darkest dawn and the brightest light,

There’s a bond that is worth a sight,

Loveth is the nameth and heart is where it stays,

“Liveth longeth,” my soul prays.

As you grow older the heart grows fonder,

Memories linger and dreams ponder,

As the years pass by, with the wink of an eye,

More I know you, more I love you, more my heart wants to fly.

The approaching future and the shadows of the past,

May memories are made that for a lifetime long last,

As you inch towards your goal and age with grace,

May the bond grows strong and together we ace.

Happy Birthday
